Neil Nazareth of Martzell, Bickford & Centola resolved an 18-wheeler collision occurring in central city, New Orleans. The Plaintiff was making a left-hand turn when he was suddenly struck by the big commercial truck, sustaining multiple injuries from the crash, including injuries to the cervical and lumbar spine and both knees.  The treating physicians performed a 2-level cervical fusion, lumbar laminectomy and arthroscopic surgery to repair meniscus tears of both knees. There was no wage loss. We are pleased to have obtained a $1.7 million dollar settlement for the Plaintiff.
