Neil Nazareth and Larry Centola of Martzell, Bickford & Centola resolved a horrific car crash involving a 13-ton delivery truck that struck a pedestrian vehicle, throwing the vehicle off of the highway and into a ditch off of the Interstate.  The Plaintiff sustained multiple injuries from the crash, including injuries to the cervical and lumbar spine and right knee. 

After nearly two years of conservative treatment, including physical therapy and injections, the treating physicians performed a 3-level cervical fusion and 3-level lumbar fusion, as well as arthroscopic surgery of the right knee.  The Plaintiff has permanent disability as a result of the accident.  We are pleased to have obtained a $4 million dollar settlement for the Plaintiff.
